MONICA CAMPRI beach couture is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or due to force majeure beyond the control of MONICA CAMPRI beach couture.

International duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Attention, in Italy the following days are public holidays and the courier does not ship: January 1, January 6, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 8, December 25, December 26th

When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from MONICACAMPRI.IT with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by MONICA CAMPRI beach couture.

Upon arrival of the items, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. MONICA CAMPRI beach couture packs are carefully packed.

Swimsuits are, like lingerie, delicate items. For hygiene reasons, please try them on wearing underwear and do not remove the guarantee seal and labels.

If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the guarantee seal is not intact, customers are asked to sign the acknowledgment of receipt with reserve, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact MONICA CAMPRI beach couture at [email protected]. If the package is damaged, or if part of the goods are missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.

Our garments are produced in Italy according to high quality standards and all items are carefully checked before being shipped to customers. However, if you have any concerns about a damaged or faulty item, please email [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of returning the item for repair, replacement or a refund provided the item is returned within the time frame stipulated.

Any complaint regarding damage, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by MONICA CAMPRI beach couture within 3 days of the delivery date shown on the courier’s website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with MONICA CAMPRI beach couture and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons depending on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the client.

All products benefit from the right of withdrawal, for which the Customer can avail himself of his return within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product. The right of withdrawal can be exercised with reference to certain products and services indicated in art. 55, Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). The aforementioned code also provides that the user cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in cases of supply of certain goods and services including the following:

• Made-to-measure or personalized items.
• Items without the original packaging or with the relative guarantee seal, present on all items, broken or tampered with.

Items purchased during the promotion will not be refunded, but only replaced with an item of equal value.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by returning the product at your own expense.

The Customer must express his intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an e-mail to [email protected] indicating the order number and the abbreviation “Return” in the subject line and request a return authorization form.

Returns without the aforementioned form will not be accepted, nor sent by regular mail without a tracking method.

The items must be properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not spoiled, undamaged, unused, unwashed).

Having verified that the returned product complies with the aforementioned specifications, MONICA CAMPRI beach couture will pay the amount paid for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the same, excluding shipping costs, to the credit card used for the purchase by the Customer or by bank transfer to the current account communicated at the start of the return.

• It is mandatory that the returned / exchanged items are in perfect condition: new, unused, unwashed, with tags and warranty seal intact and in their original packaging.
• Returned items must not have been used in photo shoots, instagram posts, online material.
• Purchases made with the intent to copy will be subject to legal action.
• Returns/exchanges for damaged or soiled items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
