MONICA CAMPRI beach couture di Monica Campri declines all responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration or a malfunction of the computer used by the Customer, there may be slight differences in the colour of the products presented on the site compared to the original. The images contained on the MONICACAMPRI.IT site are the exclusive property of MONICA CAMPRI. Any use of such images not authorised by a written consent of MONICA CAMPRI will be prosecuted according to law. MONICA CAMPRI is the official reseller of all products offered for sale on this Site. The availability of each article by colour and size on the MONICACAMPRI.IT website does not exactly reproduce the assortment available in the company as the website is not connected to the warehouse of the Company MONICA CAMPRI . Therefore each order will be subject to prior confirmation by the company MONICA CAMPRI.

Conditions of Sale

By clicking on the order confirmation button, the Customer declares to fully accept, without reservation, these Terms of Sale. The prices of the products are inclusive of VAT and are indicated in the corresponding Product Sheets. The price for non-European shipments is TAX FREE. Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Although we have made every reasonable effort to display the colours of the products correctly on the Web Store, we cannot guarantee that they will be reproduced absolutely faithfully. During the SALE period purchased products will not be refunded, but exchanged for an item of equal value.

Prices and currency Prices published on the site, payments and order invoices are in Euro. Shipping is free of charge. In order to ensure greater protection on purchases made in e-commerce, MONICACAMPRI.IT recommends its customers to subscribe to the Verified By Visa or Mastercard Securecode services, requesting a PIN security code with which to make their purchases safely. DEBITING YOUR CREDIT CARD If the existing funds are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. The credit card used will be charged at the time of purchase even in the case of a pre-order although these items will be shipped later in the season. BANK TRANSFER By choosing payment by Bank Transfer, upon completion of the order the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing the bank details of MONICACAMPRI.IT after which the goods are set aside pending the arrival of the bank transfer to the account. The customer must send a copy of the payment by FAX or email within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. If MONICACAMPRI.IT does not receive a copy of the payment within this period, it will cancel the order. We will dispatch the order when the transfer has reached our bank account and as soon as the goods are available in our warehouse. PAYPAL By choosing the Paypal payment method the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account. MONICACAMPRI.IT reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal. ALIPAY Customers can choose to pay via their AliPay account. Such verification may cause some delay in the shipment of the order. MONICACAMPRI.IT reserves the right to ship the order to the billing address only. PRE ORDERS On the MONICACAMPRI.IT website you can pre-order items that are expected to arrive in the following months. The availability date indicated is that confirmed by the suppliers to MONICACAMPRI.IT. In case of payment by Credit Card or Paypal the amount will be charged on the same day of the order. For pre-orders paid for by Bank Transfer the payment must be made within 48 hours from the time the order is placed. MONICACAMPRI.IT declines all responsibility for changes to the delivery date, cancellations or modifications of pre-order items due to production changes of suppliers. In the event that the pre-sale order is later found to be unfillable, the amount paid will be credited back to the original transaction. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are available. THE COUNTRY OF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ENTERED IN PRE-ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED IN ANY WAY. ORDER STATUS You can check the progress of your order directly online by accessing the MY ACCOUNT section. We would like to remind our customers that once confirmed and processed, orders for items that are already available cannot be changed. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
