MONICA CAMPRI beach couture ships from Italy all over the world.<\/p>

Every order on MONICACAMPRI.IT is sent together with the exclusive MONICA CAMPRI beach couture bag<\/strong>.<\/p>

All orders are processed and shipped daily<\/strong> during business hours. (9:00-17:00 CET, Monday to Friday).<\/p>

We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.<\/p>

Parcels destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the articles.<\/p>

When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from MONICACAMPRI.IT with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.<\/p>

In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by MONICA CAMPRI beach couture.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Upon arrival of the items, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. MONICA CAMPRI beach couture packs are carefully packed.<\/p>

Swimsuits are, like lingerie, delicate items.\u00a0<\/strong>For hygiene reasons, please try them on wearing underwear and do not remove the guarantee seal and labels.<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the guarantee seal is not intact, customers are asked to sign the acknowledgment of receipt with reserve, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact MONICA CAMPRI beach couture at customercare@monicacampri.it<\/a>. If the package is damaged, or if part of the goods are missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.<\/p>

Our garments are produced in Italy according to high quality standards<\/strong> and all items are carefully checked<\/strong> before being shipped to customers<\/strong>. However, if you have any concerns about a damaged or faulty item, please email customercare@monicacampri.it<\/a> within 3 days<\/strong> of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of returning the item for repair, replacement or a refund provided the item is returned within the time frame stipulated.<\/p>

Any complaint regarding damage, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by MONICA CAMPRI beach couture within 3 days<\/strong> of the delivery date shown on the courier’s website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.<\/p>

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with MONICA CAMPRI beach couture and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons depending on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the client.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

All products benefit from the right of withdrawal, for which the Customer can avail himself of his return within 14 days<\/strong> following the date of delivery of the product.
